• SELLOFF Silver fell about 5% on Sept. 28 to near $61 as oil and Treasury yields jumped. The 10-year hit its highest since 2007.
• INDIA India imported 15.5 Moz of silver in August, up 36% on a year ago. It was the first month over 10 Moz since February.
• BMO BMO cut its Q4 silver call to $67.40 from $71.40, citing faster-than-expected thrifting and slower solar builds.
